In 2014, Global expanded its call centers to Manila to deliver a state-of-the-art operation center that offers Provider and Payer clients an affordable, effective and flexible alternative to back office processes.
In order to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities, we partner with multiple vendors for our telecommunications structure. Global also hosts remote access servers onsite for our clients’ billing systems upon request.
Back in the United States, clients have direct access to our productivity dashboard in real-time. Globex provides instant access to project status at the click of a button. This homegrown technology allows our clients to view key information from project procurement to delivery and customer service.
